Tote bag season is here! Would you like to bless a Springfield kid with some summer fun?
We’re looking for some folks to fill a tote bag (like the ones pictured here) with “summer survival gear” for a STARS kid in grades K-6. What goes in a tote bag?
– Something educational (a book for summer reading; puzzle books)
– Something they need (sunscreen, lotion, toothpaste)
– Something for fun (sunglasses, flip flops, squirt guns, you name it!)
– SCYM will add something faith-building and information about summer programs around the city.

To get involved and fill a tote, email our staff at SCYMinistries@gmail.com and we’ll get you a tote with the student’s first name, gender, and grade. Totes are due by April 25. If you’d like, you can come to our end-of-the-year STARS bash to meet some of the STARS kids!
P.S. Totes go fast and we just have 40 to fill, so if you want to fill one, don’t wait long! And thank YOU for helping kids crush the odds with the love of God!
