Got kids’ books?

Do you have any outgrown, gently used children’s books lying around, or do you know someone who does? We’ve got a place for them!

The books are distributed to kids on the last day of Camp Boost Summer Reading Clubs, so they can take them home and continue their reading habit. With three clubs, we’re anticipating 150-200 kids this summer — and we’re gonna need a LOT of books!

Anything a kid would like counts! Comic books or even kid magazines in good condition, how-to books, little kid and big kid books. Even baby and toddler books are welcome, because a lot of kids like to pick them up for baby brothers and sisters. (Awww!)

Many thanks to Frank Lewis and Jackson Lytle Lewis Life Celebration Center for spearheading this effort for Springfield kids! You can drop the books off at their location (use the office door at the back entrance) on North Limestone anytime until July 11.
