the Funniest Kid in Springfield contest!
Auditions will be held Saturday, January 12, from 1:00-3:00 pm at Champion City Vineyard Church (137 E. Main St., Springfield OH 45502). Audition time includes a short comedy workshop by guest judges (and experienced comics), Jack Legg and Dwight McCormick.
All kids will get a chance to try out their jokes on the stage for our guest judges. Two winners, one age 9-13 and one age 14-18, will be invited to perform their set at The LOL Clean Comedy Show, Saturday, January 19, 7:00 pm at Champion City Vineyard Church. Even if you don’t win, you’ll get some great advice from Jack and Dwight to keep working on your comedy.

Come with 3-5 jokes prepared (up to 2 minutes of material) and written on index cards (just in case you forget.) Clean humor only, please! (We won’t kick you out over a poop joke … as long as it’s funny.)
